Kriss Worthington is currently a Berkeley City Council member. Recently during debates over which two out of three housing projects to fund, he suggested funding all three, which was then accomplished by staff and City Council. While many "affordable housing' fights center on getting housing at 80 or 100 % Adjusted Medium Income, Kriss dares to ask what can we do for housing for the homeless and people at 30 or 50% AMI ?

Kriss is passionately committed to fighting racism, sexism, agism and classism and works hard to reach out to include all the diversity of our community.

And Kriss is one of our staunchest supporters for our Affordable Housing Advocacy Project which supports subsidized housing residents to become involved in advocating for their housing.
