particularly multifamily housing that is assisted, owned, or controlled by a
federal agency. Offers consulting services to local housing agencies, nonprofits,

A national membership association that is committed to organizing and advocate
to ensure decent, affordable housing for everyone. Provides up-to-date information,
formulates policy, and educates the public on housing needs. Contains research
